What do I EXPECT something from PB2.5/3?

I expect to see some cool maps, good community, really cool skins, fun, cool and fun scripts, modding, good anti cheat, fun gameplay without cheaters/hackers, approved ranked&unranked will be finally fixed issue with ping, more servers ( country or smth else ), most popular youtubers will play PB2.5/3, more videos about PB2.5/3, level editor tutorails etc, fps drop because i still use my poor laptop.

What do I WISH to see something in PB2.5/3?

I wish, this game get popular, I wish to play it now, i wish, to get some fun, i wish to support eric, I wish to see some cool mechanics, I wish, eric's life is fine, and others of course, i wish to see no russians ( only who don't support russia ), i wish, ukrainian language will be added to PB2.5/3 and other, also i wish to see slot changing, i wish my pc won't blow up, i wish, i will get new pc for this game.

PB2.5/3 may look to promising, even for me and for most of the fans but i rather not to be over hyped for many reasons that are common, and rather to keep things as i dont anything about the game, which would make me more excited to the game and so i wont get disappointed.

Expectations:

To be honest, I expect so much from Plazma Burst 2.5/3:

1. Old players returning:
Let's be honest, the game isn't going anywhere at the moment, even having great updates, but I feel like PB2.5/3 can actually change that since it will be a new game, and there will be SOOO many options, so there may be a great chance in old friends returning and knowing what and how they are doing in life.

Content creators like Amerison/Captain iSon and Jeff1999 are the ones I kinda miss since they were on the top in 2015/16.

2. Better staff:
Staff in the older days were good but were sometimes too strict, I expect that the new staff in PB2.5/3 be better and more understanding than the previous one this game used to have.

3. Activity:
We will have better gameplay, I have no doubt in that, but I really expect it to have great activity, since I am more attached to the community and the multiplayer, and that will make me play the game more and more.

Wishes:

Despite what we get, I wish that this series goes ahead and becomes a major success because, over the years, this game and community are so underrated, even when the game advanced, I hope it changes.

Here's some stuff that i'm sure of:

Pb2.5 will be faster since it uses a more proper engine.
The physics is likely gonna remain. That could be one of the reason why Eric made his own game engine.
Map making will never ever be the same. Aestheticly, it could be but that alr varies between players but there will be some that just exudes simplicity especially new map makers.

The game is either not free, the multiplayer isn't free, there are other paid aspects, or paid custom currency for community stuff; either way, there will be some paid stuff in pb2.5. I haven't seen Eric confirmed any of these but has discussed these. How Eric will make money is probably still open to discussion.

i dont remember eric saying this so it doesn't make sense that ur so damn sure, but if ur really being serious then its indeed discussable because there could be many methods to gain funds from a game, u dont have to the game to fund the developers.

there are like developers who create games as free to play for both singleplayer and multiplayer but if u want something special then u gonna have to buy it in order to unlock it, or leave multiplayer free and u would have to buy the singleplayer.

not sure about that idea tho because PB3 will be much better it its free but if not then many people would focus more on the bad things in the game, and less player will play the game of course, who knows, and there is another fact that its not 2012, its 2022 and majority prefer buying 3d high quality games especially on mobile nowadays, i mean sure i would pay for the game but its a very big step eric though.

I thought he made a talk regarding the separation of pb2.5 and pb3. Pb3 being locked to paid accounts or smth while pb2.5 could stay as a sort of demo, full campaign and stuff.

A better, perhaps more intuitive way of editing weapon properties, instead of needing hundreds of different triggers to change the gun properties/stats, make everything editable when you simply select the gun and just have the option to change the properties/stats directly.

I guess that could go for different things too aswell, like changing the character skin (Which I am sure we will have a built-in character editor, as Eric advertised)

1.) New social menu

- Add back enemies list, it was a great idea and I think it would be cool for it to be back.
- Communicate with people in-game rather than on-website. I think it is very awkward to message someone within inbox as it isn't a great feature if you want to do something quick. I would like it so I am able to message in-game to any player I would like, and maybe even add an ability to invite them directly to a match.
- Clan system. It would be cool if the person who has created the clan could control certain aspects like a member's tag, member's rank and be able to add/remove members from a clan as well as maybe add things like "Team chat" but for clans.
- Activity system, I think you should be able to have somewhat of a ''playtime'' feature to PB3, to show that you are cooler than the other people who've played for 2 minutes.

2.) New map making tools

- No explanation needed here. Just make it better.

3.) Competitive PvP

- Approved maps system. I think you should be able to play approved maps without being worried about affecting your stats, it is quite annoying having to reset stats whenever you make a mistake or ect.
- Netcode. No explanation needed here, we all know how PB2 netcode is...

4.) Servers

- All matches from all servers should be found all in 1 singular menu. I think it is a bad idea to separate player base into separate servers. This means that if 1 server doesn't do as well it might be completely deserted, so why not just have 1 central menu to find all matches you want. You should be able to select server within match creation menu.
- The above also ties into my idea of server hosting, this will allow players who host servers who might not get as much players the chance they need to get their servers used rather than being abandoned.

5.) Modding support

- Modding should be documented more and make it more available for anyone who wants their own experience of PB3.

6.) Better rank system

- PB2 doesn't seem to reward players who are good, You can only really see a player's stats in their profile in PB2.
So Eric should make PB3 system more rewarding, this doesn't need to be any actual prize but simply making player's appear more special would greatly help. It seems only supporters get such a thing like this in PB2.




And last of all, make it fun!
