Being in a right place, but in a wrong time..

This was certainly the most worst thing I've ever encountered since I have got my hands on a computer in a computer shop.

When I finally got to log on, and went to the cali server in order to join, it says "Can't reach selected server".

I know this before, since 2016, my connection with the Cali server was okay, but not anymore. Anyone got an answer for this? I tried to join again, but it was completely permanent. I know the comp. shop has a strong connection, good wifi and internet, but how come I can't connect to it now...?
