But ammo count should be near magazine count, not down there.

I think the UI for pb2.5 might be a little more complex. This looks very similar to PB2's UI.

Nice!!! I like this style. Not UI, but how it looks in general. Of course, new UI will look not so, but it is interesting idea.

- I'm sure, we will have same quantity of weapon slots therefore icons aren't necessary. But on the other hand, it is possible to arrange icons in the line, but not in the column.
- The ammo for the current weapon shouldn't be displayed in two places. Also, I have two ideas. First. In one of bottom corners will be an icon of currently weapon with its quantity of ammo. And a little sideways there will be smaller icon showing the last used weapon and its quantity of cartridges. Second. If there are will be no icons, then number of the slot for the last used weapon will be marked in the red color.
- What is that bar under Health? Fuel? Armor? By the way, instead of explanatory word for bars it is possible to make icons. Anyway it will be clear.

I don't mind to see these skin in a "training" level if there will be something similar.

I have several ideas for bars.
Spoiler: Show More
Of course, they should to look more beautifully, as in your drawing.

Also, with such simple drawing it is possible to do animations.

I'm already working on that

They are drawings. I'm trying to learn some programming languages but I haven't gotten that far yet
I drew these so that I can see my concepts as if it were in the actual game

Nice! Swords doesn't counted as weapon? I mean that it's icon has to be displayed. And the slot "0" is after "9". But it is a trifles.

Im loving these ideas. It shows the magazine and the ammo in each magazine. It makes it more realistic. You can have him set out to find ammo to continue the mission and a emergency weapon that has unlimited ammo but low damage.
