PPP/PP system

Every damn time I kill someone my damn PPP freezes a lot but when it comes to me it decreases. Why the hell is it doing this to me?

Player Predicted points and player points. I just never seem to get many and Idk why.

Maybe its frozen since you did not Eliminate someone with the same amount of PPP/PP as you.
Im not really sure how PP/PPP works but thats all I know.

make sure that you and him have enough ppp to gain/lose.

I check to make sure players have the same skill as me and that players have enough to lose/gain but it just freezes for me all the time.
