This/any section is not for requesting a map approval.
You may post your maps to the appropriate section and the team will review it/them.

its not really "begging" + people have long tried it and have succeeded multiple times

so yes, eric (staff team isnt even relevant) does "tolerate it"

if section 21 or whatever is it called was available to players then nobody would ever "beg" eric or post map approval requests on forums

gaining votes, comments, plays and waiting for a miracle to happen is the least efficient way to get your map approved. this method worked in the past but now it's really not useful

It is not impossible to get your map approved. Terror only wrote that you should not beg Eric or some other staff members to approve your map under the Code of Conduct

You map will itself get approved if it meets Approval Requirements (only if it is posted somewhere in the forums )

And yet people beg for approval still, which is why some of the approved maps you see are approved.

Just send the map for a review and its approval status will be determined based on what Eric thinks about it. Approval requirements alone aren't enough to decide a map's approval status (in that case, every extremely well-made map would be approved then).

Pretty much this, and since it's not really probable, I review them instead just to make them noticeable.
