Highrise UPDATED

[Pudding Pants]

So I did some updates on this map, and the teleport might be a little dumb acting, so sorry about that.
I made he concrete lower so if you fall, you're guaranteed to die, and you cant spawn there anymore during DM.
I fixed the lasers that were going the wrong way.
Lastly, I changed the sky.
