We had a WIP map discussions page before, but it was hardly ever used, so the feature was deemed unnecessary and removed.

Currently, you can use: viewforum.php?f=119 or general discussion to discuss maps.

The Custom Maps Section is in FeedBack. Which could be used to get feedback on maps that are in WIP.
