It's 3045 A.D. in America, and the citizens wonder what the country will be like under President Hamilton and his new force patrolling the streets. Many think that it is a violation of people's rights, even though the soldiers weren't technically invading anyone's personal property. A force against President Hamilton was established to bring back the good old United States by peacefully protesting the violations in front of the white house. The soldiers shot into the crowd, killing most of them and leaving the rest to scurry away. The leaders of this protest decided to make an army of their own, and with the technology traded from the Falkoks. The new opposition struggled to fight against the Civil Security, as they were called by the President, and started designing genetically modified humans to rise in the future and stop this mess.
