Welp, its very good for a first try. :)

But:
-if you can, use a path tool to make the fan art
-maybe make it the next time less pixelated
-and try to use less flashy colors

As stated above, the path tool is the aid you in making the drawing look neater. My suggested drawing program I'm using right now is GIMP. There are also various art programs you could use like SAI and a lot of others if you try searching around a bit, these programs really help you improve your art. Good luck :)

Its a good drawing for a first one. As many others have already said, try using the path tool. Makes it less 'messy'.

Not bad for your first drawing even if it is made with MS.Paint.
Might want to use Paint.Net instead of MS.Paint for further drawings.
Can send you a safe download link for it if you want me to, just throw a pencil or a private message at me.

@Alica, I think MS Paint and Paint.NET is one thing. So I used Paint.NET

Nope.
Microsoft Paint and Paint.Net are two seperate programs.
The latter provides more advanced tools than the first one.

Okay, so I know where is Path Tool. I am not good at character drawing, but I think I will be good at weapons drawing
