First of all, Stop reporting false "Hacks" topics over here on some random guests.
It might be your Ping that makes it easy to kill you and you can not kill other players so easy.

First of all check if your ping is above 300. And if it is, Then it is causing lag for you creating these conditions.
Also maintain your Post quality. Provide a corresponding screenshot if possible.

I don't think the post is something more than just a freepost, It does not describe the full situation.
