sometime when i jump and press x, my head is gone and its in my ass and this bug can kill me. I had to rejoin the sever to fix it.

I think it's a ragdoll glitch. This happened to me a long time ago, while I was playing in x death-realwar, when I pressed X, my body starts to separate, the head, body and legs are flying. If I keep on pressing X, a small tendency that I can get myself killed.
