State Triggers Won't work!

I am currently working on a survival-wave based map with 3 State Triggers

My prop to change the door's speed are Death Triggers of characters (They're working fine , Tested)
But most of the times the triggers stop working at the half way of the map. They rarely work properly until the end of the game.
Also rechecked all timers, triggers, regions and found no errors lying within them. There are 200-400 triggers and 50-100 timers in the full map (as of now ; Unfinished) , yet I experience no lag.

So, Can Anyone tell me why is this happening so that i can fix the issue up and complete my map.
Is it due to the heavy no of triggers/timers? Or I did something wrong?

I don't have enough info to find the problem, could you publish (and eventually open source) the map and tell me what should happen, than I can see if I have the bug too.

I don't think I've ever used so many triggers, so it is possible the bug is because of that... :)

Does it work once?
If it didn't even work once, the problem is within your triggers.

but If it did work once
It is a bug/lag

@Darkstar 1, I removed half of the triggers (duplicate map, of course) and the problem was still there. Ill PM you an open source link.

@Blake, Yep, It worked for once. Didn't made any change after that .. IDK why its happening.

1) What is the use of these two triggers and timers? http://i.imgur.com/XjbV0Q2.png
2) It works fine when I delete those two triggers and timers, first kill the blue guy and keep killing the enemies in the order they appear.
3) You should add an engine mark (Force ragdoll dissapearment) the dead bodies will disappear and this will save you from a lot of lag :)
4) Is it normal that wave A and B happen at the same moment?
nvm, was probably not what you were searching for, found something else, and I'm trying to fix it

1) So that if first one fails, second works .. That makes no difference cuz its set at 1 sec and moving triggers are set at 3 secs.

I found the problem, The door was skipping automatically to some other region but any of the triggers didn't command so once I checked.
I remade three of the triggers linked to door speed. And found the problem was solved.
