Really bad frame lag.

Used to play fine on Windows 7
I got a new crappy PC and I'm getting CPU and RAM usage spikes on Windows 10

When I play with no enemies on screen the game runs fine, but as soon as I see an enemy the frame rate drops.
This might be a CPU based issue, although if scroll down from a flash game the framerate bumps and it sounds fine. I can play HTML5 games and regular games I have installed on my PC good enough though despite the spiking problem

I'm going to try Linux to see if Windows is actually the problem
I've tried pretty much everything else

In my opinion the problem does not come from your PC. It's just from the game. (I already tried to use Linux, it laggs more). I am with the same problems anyways, and I guess all these problems will go down, when PB2.5 comes out.

Besides the fact that i can no longer boot to Windows because Linux deleted my Windows boot partition, PB2 runs much better. Although, it still has a bad frame rate with high graphical settings

Linux may work better cuz it won't take your internet in the background.
I think the problem is not with the connection and servers.. FPS fully depends on your performance (Assuming your connection and PB2's end servers working fine).

Windows may perform better giving performance bcuz hardware is more compatible

Your problem is Chrome. Chrome takes up a lot of RAM and therefore causes a lot of frame lag in game. Even Internet Explorer is better for the game than Chrome. Try using Maxthon or Opera.

Linux is not compatible with Plazma Burst 2 as it does not use the latest Flash update. Unless you are using Chrome you will not be able to play multiplayer.

As other players have suggested, you may try lowering your settings and turning certain effects off, as they can cause lag as well.

Yeah.. Chrome takes a lot up of RAM but it won't cause lag until you have less amount of RAM. If Chrome takes more RAM then it means it delivers more to the Flash Player too.
When you have less amount of RAM you may use Maxthon or Opera as Garuda suggests. Also lower your settings.
