[Bug/Question](I don't know actually) I can not attack.

for some unknown reason I can't attack. I can throw grenades an everthing else, too my PC doesn't register Plazma Burst 2 as a broken Plug-In. And on another PC with the same system (lubuntu 14.16) and I think the same webbrowser on the same version too, it works . So how can I play on my other PC too?

Kinda strnge taht on the Pc I am playing the player is less updated than the one on the pc where I can't attacck.
Also my mouse funtiocns fine, my touchpad also, but I shoudl mention, that the original deafult system cursordoesn't diappear over the plug-in.

That line provides the answer. This bug has been for so long in Chrome and Chromium browsers. It was even pinned by Eric a long ago on his twitter. And it would definitely stop you from attacking.

Try reinstalling your browser.

Actually I am using Firefox. Is this still the same bug?

The problem is with flash player, so it can be the same.

I can NOT guarantee that it will solve your problem, but when you have nothing to lose. It is worth giving a try. Perhaps, you can also try a different browser also.

You can go ahead and ask Eric about it. However, it was for chrome/chromium not for Firefox.
