More unique characters

The only unique character that we have in the present game is the Civil Security Ghost I guess. So, how about adding some other unique characters such as undead characters or mutants or whatever. Would be cool to see a map about zombies in the upcoming PB 2.5 campaign.

This doesn't really seem like a problem, Eric has made a truckload of yet-to-be-seen content for PB2.5, so your suggestion might already be done.
