You should better add more information such as damage, reload time and bullet speed to it.

Seems better suited for the PB2.5 section, moving it there.

As for the idea, I dislike the idea of a four round burst for a weapon with such a high capacity, as well as there being a shotgun on it. As much as I'd like to see a Usurpation machine gun, I wouldn't want to see this in the game.
