People could ask me, why?

That's because for a newcomers this is terrible to let them had to read through 2 different pages with 2 different Q&A section which they should be served for 1 single purpose.

I demand that those 2 similar features and content should be merge together thus we have a much better knowledge base that suits the new era website design.

Afterwards, maybe I should help on translation to chinese simplified and traditional version if staff permits me to do so.

This might be possible but in future versions of the game.

The FAQ page in the website is created, maintained, and edited by Eric himself which means first-hand data/information from the developer.

The FAQ page in the support center is created, maintained, and edited by the staff team which means second-hand data/information from previously posted articles around the website and the wiki with just added extra little staff information.

Currently, because of little coordination between Eric and the staff team, I doubt that this would happen for PB2.
But it might be possible for PB3.
