So why the hell did the staff put them there in the first place? I feel like the staff are not working in a team very well...

Becuase last time, the forum was official and stable. But at this time, its only temporarily used until pb2.5 officially releases along with the official forum.

Which is why it's temporary, why take the effort of redrafting the forum system, make sub sections etc if the official forum might get released sooner than we think.

When someone requests something, he is supposed to explain why would he need it. "Please add them back onto the forum." is not enough.

This is basically the only reason I can think of as to why:

Forum games kept the forum lively and more fun, instead of keeping it boring and just a place to discuss topics day-to-day.

Personally, I'd say bring back forum games, but only the short term forum games for now. When the time comes where we or Eric can ascertain when PB2.5 will actually arrive, we can always adjust - if it's coming in a long time, we can slowly begin to roll out long term forum games; if it's coming sooner than we think, we can leave long term games on hold until the new forums and stick with short term until then.

Though if forum games are brought back, some new sections would need to be made, unless we can manage to fit forum game topics somewhere in an existing section.

While the Forum Gmes can indeed be interesting, we can do without them at the moment.

If one really wants to have Forum games, he/she should ask the Staff for Permission to make a Forum Game in the Around the Campfire or General Discussion Section, depending if the Game is PB-related or not.

I think admins will add the missing forum sections, including forum games.
