1:Now if someone is hacking he should be able post from his Computer cause its hard to make an Youtube channel.
2:Report Section need to be added if some one is breaking Rule you can take a ScreenShot and post it.

Just send the screenshot to a staff member with a link to the guy's profile. Much simpler than a forum topic.

As for making a YT channel, it's actually very simple and requires only basic knowledge of using a PC.

He's suggesting the same, one should be able to directly post a proof of someone hacking to the forums/site directly.

I'll say no cuz there will be a bunch of reports to handle, 75% of them fake/glitch. So its better that you PM the proof along with corresponding information to a staff member.
