Actually looks quite cool, but I am not entirely sure how you would fire it. Try making it a bit bigger, as this is a very small size. Also try and get a different program such as GIMP, Paint Tool SAI or Paint.NET.

For its current design and version, I will rate it 5/10.

Looks decent, would be better if you make it bigger and add a few details.

The gun looks a bit square.

It looks a pixelated, try using bigger lines for a more smoother edges. And the barrel isn't even straight, you will have to aim for the roof for the bullet to hit your dead ally lolwut. Add more detail instead of just creating a square and a rectangle and another small square for the barrel, look at what other artist drew and see where you can improve, Darkstar 1's art is very good example, since the art has lots of detail, but of course don't bombard your art with so much detail that you can't even see what is going on.
