This is quite a nice map, but it has quite a few flaws as well.

http://prntscr.com/e11qfc If you plan to make underground sections, at least have no terrain differences. Also, you might want to refrain from making staircases or any things of that nature, or make the "staircase" split in more parts to make ascending up a bit easier.
II)
http://prntscr.com/e11rjs Make the backgrounds connect a bit more to make it a bit realistic, or split them in two using "Elevator path" or some similar background.
III)
http://prntscr.com/e11s1c I cringed at this, no offence. If you plan to make an energy beam, use "killing ray" decoration models with extremely damaging pushers, instead of colored and named acid. Also the terrain under the energy beam looks unsuitable.
IV)
http://prntscr.com/e11sso For the love of god, please don't make windows this way. It's honestly not hard to just leave a medium to large hole inside it and start making backgrounds around it without filling it in.
V)

VI)
http://prntscr.com/e11tya This isn't exactly ideal for pillars or any kind of supports for that matter. Use Elevator path with a mix of the "panel" backgrounds for a more cosy-looking pillar/support.

http://prntscr.com/e11uo7 These doors have a short activation range and are slightly slow-moving. You might want to increase the activation range and the speed of the movables.
VIII)
http://prntscr.com/e11v8t Refrain from using Blue background when making a water area. If you want the water to be more intense, just change it's color with an E-mark. Use a more ideal background for underwater areas.
IX)
http://prntscr.com/e11xdm What is the thing next to the trees supposed to be? Also, the trees are poorly designed and wound up very damn messy. If you plan to make trees, use a 10-height Grass terrain background without overlapping it.
X) The underwater area in VII's screenshot has virtually no cover, which makes it easy to die there if someone launches a hailstorm of bullets underwater when you have no escape route.
