Ann Price (A negative rolling game)

Postby yi en » 14 September 2016, 07:42

Ann Price, a.k.a a negative rolling game, I start the story, and roll the random number and you guys will start rolling your ideas coming out.

If I rolled a dice "5", the fifth person who gaves the idea will become the story continues on.
so that is "a negative rolling game".I roll the dice, you guys give me the content of dice, then I will pick the story based on the dice.

Example:
I found a river. What should I do? (rolled 3)

user 1: go across the river
user 2: find a bridge
user 3: find something from your backpack

and the story continues starting from backpack.

and I will said:
user 3 wrote:find something from your backpack

I found myself have a backpack.....

Special exclusive rules in this post only:
1) you may double or triple posts in this forum game only but not spamming the same words.
2) you mustn't rage at me if you are not being picked.
3) the story never ends, so don't add "the end" as your last word.
4) start in a good grammar, nice sentence but not to be only leaving a words there.
5) you may use professional words to increase difficulty.
6) Have fun!

Round 1:
Story start with:
Johnny and Casie were stuck under the cliff. What should they do?
Dice rolled: 2.

Looks pretty good!

So just I roll a 6.And the topic is I found a car.What should I do.

So does
User 1.Unlock it
User 2. Open the door
User 3.Get in the car
User 4.Put your seat-belts on
User 5.Start the engine
User 6.Drive the car

Would it go like that?

yes, and the story start from "drive the car". then continue on.
It doesn't matter that the user should complete the process in 6 steps. Ann price needs people idea, not the arranging stepping skills.

It seems that the way the game is set up it will discourage players from playing because they know their story will not get picked. Unless, by any chance, the users are not told what is rolled. (my apologies for the late reply.)

PB2,
getting a little blue
Because this is a poem
Made to show them,
That a scavenger hunt is in play
So take a picture... You may.

there will be some solutions.
1) allow users to double/triple post only. Not exceed quar-post.
2) like you say, not giving ppl know which dice getting rolled. But it may let people think oh I will pick the easiest one or somthing else, still get discoraged.
