How to End game, when allies is dead? (PB2) ; loss limbs

I was faced with the problem of how to make the game end with complete death (loss of an ally's limbs).
- I personally did this: Upon death, activating the trigger with a choice is the end of the game.
Also, if it's not clear what exactly I want to do, it's an action like in level 21.
