I can't level up

Hi, as you can see in my profile I created this account in 2015, some time ago (like 2 or 3 months ago) I came back to the game and I noticed that exp and levels were added, but I can't level up, I'm at level 0 and never when I am playing there is the experience bar, so what can I do to level up?

Sorry this is happening to you! Are you using the latest version of the PB2 Launcher and are logged into your account?

Most probably it is due to launcher not warning you about entering incorrect login and password, as a result of that game will almost just silently not sync (and show error message at the top of intro screen).
