How do i make custom commands for MYSELF only?

[Unreal engine 4]

after soo much popularity (18 votes on my scp map) i decided to add some admin commands to it, so i can do things like teleporting to random player, jailing him, and another things.How do i do that? /:
i have no experience in doing custom commands, so please explain it propectly so i can understand you.
I would be really thankful if you do a open sourced map about my problem
