The Contributor in the Forums are for those who have showed enthusiasm in helping, giving ideas, and contributed to playtestings in Map Approvals.

You need to somewhat know something about approved maps and be active in order to be a Contributor.
And make yourself known in this field.

or Plazma burst 2 contributors, well, in my opinion, it's a user who is usually active and also a player who helped a lot of users individually, also they are known as good maker, which some of them create maps for approval, "ranked matches", some of those contributors had great ideas and they share it to people on some topics, they usually participate nicely on the most of the topics on the forums.

just be active, make good maps, artworks, help people on the forums, try to participate in all people's discussions on topics.

and if you feel that you are good enough, contact the administrator "Tempus"
to give you the rank, unless if you deserve it of course because I wish I could be one of them lol.

Does Plazma Burst 2 Contributor are connected to Plazma Burst 2 staff members in any way or something?

Like do they become a staff if they were uh... Fitted for it and such like I don't know something like that?

I still wonder what their job is though... Bet... They are map makers that make a lot of approved maps? Then teach others to make maps?

There should be no relationship between being a contributor and being a staff member, although it sort of appears that way.

In general, contributors are those who make fan art or help benefit the game by making maps for ranked gameplay. Some players have been given the "map approval contributor" role, which is separate from the general "contributor" role, but this may change in the future

I think site contributor relies heavily if not exclusively on map making, and you might have to notify staff to get it. Then there's discord contributor which is similar, but very easy to get if you can draw a little or spend a few bucks on nitro.

I wish the guidelines were clearer, as well as the roles more specific. They could be added to the leaderboard too, since there's already staff listed there, although we don't really know what each staff does (such as Tempus & Teh working on the wiki).
