I dont think his account is disabled because if you go to his profile on site (https://www.plazmaburst2.com/?s=7&ac=ItzAnon) you can see his profile n everythin'.

I am suspecting that he has another acount that he is trying to access.

Properly you got an IP ban, if you dont even know why, just view the website to see, if the problem was about your IP, just go to the Plazma burst support center, login with your account and create some tickets https://www.plazmaburst2.com/support/
