Create a background, select white background, then change the hex multiplier to get the desired color.

If it's a white background, it should work normally. Make sure you insert the right colour code as that may be the problem.

So in this case if you’re still wondering why the decoration was rejected, you don’t need solid colours as decors when you can practically do that alone with backgrounds instead just by changing their hex colour. You can also do the same with decors for changing their hex colours via the use of triggers.

Any image that’s inspired from another game, or inappropriate. Or any bad 3d image especially no transparent. The image will get rejected. And btw think about it tho. Why would you upload a wall with a color Just choose white wall and then add a HEX code color. Besides I f that. It’s a useless image that doesn’t need to be used so no.

And also remember the hex code that you add is just adjust or multiply color to the white color cuz if you mixed the orange with white it will be yellow so choose red

The hex colour mulitplier merges the hex code given with the background itself, mixing both colour together.
This is why your colour becomes lighter, the original colour merges with the white background. You can test with by using a panel dark background, you will get a darker colour in the end.
Note: How exactly PB2 merge and calculate the final colour is unknown, at least to me.

If you want to see how the resulting colour looks like, just turn on preview mode. That way you can adjust the colour easily without constantly having to load into the game.
