[Tutorial on how to make a rain]

1. Make a custom BG(find the rain decor) on a huge size depending on the map and add 1 pixel-size door(make sure the speed is 1000), attach the BG to the 1 pixel door, we will be naming the door as rainmove*1

2. Add two pixel-size regions , name it as rain*1 and rain*2. (Set them both to be as 'Activation On : By Movable'

3. Add two triggers , name it as cool*1 or cool*. (Make sure set their calls as Infinite)

4. cool*1 trigger system

[Action 1] - Change Speed Movable 'A' to 'B'

Parameter A: rainmove*1
Parameter B: 200

[Action 2] - Force Movable 'A' move to Region 'B'

Parameter A: rainmove*1
Parameter B: rain*2

cool*2 trigger system

[Action 1] - Change Speed Movable 'A' to 'B'

Parameter A: rainmove*1
Parameter B: 1000

[Action 2] - Force Movable 'A' move to Region 'B'

Parameter A: rainmove*1
Parameter B: rain*1

5. Set rain*1 Activation Trigger as cool*1. and Set rain*2 Activation Trigger as cool*2

6. Add a timer and set it on cool*1.

And that's how you make a looped rain.

Extra Note
=========
Make sure the region is at the edge of the BG like this:

I hope this works well ;P

Hey _SkilledNinjaHyperX_,

Please refrain from double post. I have combined your posts into one in this case.

For your information, error #1010 most commonly means an object is attaching to something that has been deleted. Make sure to copy everything in the map.
