Using "Move region 'A' to player 'B'" trigger action will move the region to the feet of the player.

Around there.

However, when the character is flipped upside down, the location where the region moved to is "offseted up", off the player.

I quote offset because the region is actually not offseted. Instead, the 'hitbox' responsible for triggers (not taking damage) moves up when the player is flipped upside down.

I consider this as a bug because the health bar as well the player's name flips correctly according to the player.

Bug happening in action:

Notice the wing when the character is flipped.

That's a thing I noticed too. My guess is that it has sth to do with ragdoll. normally a player's center is their feet. But when ragdoll occurrs the center will change to where it would be if the player was not using ragdoll and was at the same location. I noticed this when I was playing defensive-test
How many bugs does this game have anyway? jeez

Hey nightmar,

I have a similar assumption about the "expected ragdoll location" theory too. It's supported by the player's camera (your camera centers around that feet origin.) I just cannot piece together how does the health bar and the health follows the player perfectly. I assume it's must be another mechanic / trigger that allows this to happen. (Or just manual hard coding..)
