You mean an automated voice reads out the text you type? Or do you mean an actual voice chat? Either way I'd say no, and in the case of the 2nd, it's easier enough to use other applications such as Skype to chat during a match.

Keep in-mind that we're only a 2D game. It's not impossible. But most difficult.

As far as I remember we had a teamspeak3 voice chat server a long time ago. Thing got used a few times but not anywhere near enough to be worth paying for.

If there is demand for this kind of thing, it could always be added in the future, however not enough people knew about or used it.
