Based on what I just seen, this is a reskinned PB2 which is suitable for mods submission. But I had to work on the format at first so I would need some time to build the format lol.

First,its GLOBAL reskinned,big changes: skins,new hp interface above character,guns,vehicles,sky,walls,menu,psi swords,barrels(light is more shine) etc.
Second,search Plazma Burst 2 Void FE and you will find only standart pb2 void or other that is not pb2 void fe.
