do you really think that no one in the history of the universe had made a medic pistol before OP did? lazyrain likely would've made the healing pistol even if OP never thought of making one too because it's not a unique/new idea

no, I do think that somebody else in the universe has made a medic gun before. It's been around for a long time. What I mean is that Lazyrain made it because Translator brought it up. Translator was supposed to be making the medic gun, and now we get Lazyrain making it.

Exactly. Translator said the idea, and Lazyrain was already working on it. In that point, whether translator had mentioned the idea, Lazyrain's creation would have ended up in version 1.32. There's really nothing for Translator.

medic gun is a really basic and simple idea. anyone can pretty much come up with the idea. it was just coincidence that lazyrain and translator had this idea at the same time. no one stole anything from anyone lol. besides according to you someone made a medic gun before, wouldn't this mean translator "stole" the idea from that person?
