I believe the current situation, or team member replacement pace are fine, as long as they do not fire Eric Gurt, for this could turn out problematic in the long term.

An argument can be made for Staff members regulating the discord community, also known as (aka) the Plazma Burst Community discord server, along the Plazma Burst forum(s), but without Eric Gurt, we would not have Plazma Burst 3, which could turn out to be somewhat problematic in the long-term, for the communty, game and what have you.

Ditzy, Hexagon/Lonewolf56 and Darkstar are the only ones I miss, I think teh did a terrible, terrible job as staff, Wasted was too trigger happy with the ban and mute features, Commander, Dandamage, Dwayne and Thj I've never seen them do anything relevant, and I don't have to explain Kirai, do I?

Meanwhile, if you look at who we have left, Eric, Tempus and Doom don't really count, Eric does moderate much more than the others but website only and the other two are generally inactive at least when it comes to banning people, at least what I've seen.
We have mingo who I've not seen doing any sort of moderation at all?

Kiriakos is an excelent admin after all, decent activity, does not abuse his power but is also not too lenient, just does not take extreme measures agaisnt light actions.
We then have mrblake213, who actually has helped me with a few things in the past.
We have Nyove, who was great and very helpful to people but now is rather busy with real life.
And we have Stryde, who is the one I see dealing with mutes and such in PBC generally in a rather fair way.

These four above + Eric are the only ones I've actually seen doing what I judge as proper moderation, I don't see how the other ones would be a negative loss, other than Ditzy, Darkstar and Hexagon/Lonewolf but these left staff quite some time ago anyway.

just cus u were not present in the game back when i was moderating doesnt mean i didnt do anything ***relevant***
on top of this i gotta also need to mention that i was never a discord staff and im glad i wasnt because i wouldve probably banned more people than wasted which would lead to a huge controversy about myself
i applied to become an in-game staff again 3 months ago, but got denied by tempus' decision cus im apparently detached from the game according to him which is total bs (could prove anyone that im not, even you phsc XD)

You literally do that, you decided to ban Tehswordninja and label him a racist for apparently making notions about other groups of people and do not give the evidence for doing so and you have done the same thing as well by making notions of other groups of people. You come into PBC apparently "drunk" but is mostly an act and break your own rules (mainly in voice). You also shared sensitive documented information (PBC applications) never names (we have never had access to names) but information nonetheless and you have banned someone for doing just that.

You are such a hypocrite that it even makes me look good in the light of things, but at least I can admit I am one in most cases. You go around ERP'ing in peoples DM's, gloating about getting nudes and shit from other people in the community which I see as an abuse of power (whether it is a lie or not it still shouldn't be discussed), whether you initiated it first or not it is not acceptable especially with you being an Administrator and role model to the community. I do not like that we have these rules to stop the toxic/degenerate shit in the PBC and then you stop them by imposing your own rules without even coming to the team to ask for our opinions. You are literally doing the same shit I am doing, again being a hypocrite ("Yeah Wasted was a bit overzealous with the moderation of art in my opinion, but he never spoke to me about it or asked where the line was. I think he just decided what was and wasn't allowed himself." + "I see the word degeneracy thrown around a lot with no real clarification of what it means. People shouldn't moderate based on their personal opinions on what is and isn't "degenerate.").

I do not ask you where the line is because I do not see you as a role model, I go to my other Administrators instead and get my second opinions, or hell even Blake on the rare occasion. But do not sit here and call me out on the same bullshit that you do just because I left the server on a break for a week.

It may seem like a joke but there are a lot of people who voted just because they do not like the current pathing of how the server is and how much of a cesspool it is becoming, and honestly at this point in time I would much rather listen to my community, rather than listen to you the server owner. I drew the line because no one else would, I wanted to promote a good growth in the community for the demographic we actually shoot for instead of the degenerate horny artists that you promoted this month. If they truly and seriously wanted to promote that shit they could make their own Discord group/server.

I am sincerely and extremely aggravated with you and have been for a long time with it just building up we have bumped heads plenty of times in the past and have discussed such issues but those typically lead to nothing but the final decision of the Administration team, I just need you to realize the issues that not only I have been witnessing but also other staff members and past staff members that I will not mention unless they would like to speak up themselves and support me. Hell they don't even have to be staff members, I could name 30+ users in our small community who have the same opinions.

I care for the community and the path it takes which is why I am apparently "overzealous", because I can actually influence how it goes with the communities help. There have been numerous times that I have asked people in the past for their input especially if they were a contributor, like Civil-Lite, The Red Death, Eru, etc. Even if I did not agree with them I relayed the information to Tempus to try and promote change. The server needs change.

Every moderator/staff personnel I have encountered well and chill with, in addition, they have did their job well and did what they had to do in my opinion and POV.

However, I will not miss Wasted, that dude is a trigger mute and ban happy, I'm sure that majority of PBC at one time had issue with that guy, never get too personal or take it to the heart but I won't miss Wasted and I won't be happy either if he returned back.

People leave for all sorts of reasons, and it's mostly due to irl stuff or a break. After all, every staff member is a volunteer, and if moderation is seeping into your real life, it's best to step down

If the game was more active, I think we'd be adamant about hiring new members, but the current moderation demand is quite low. Confident we can hold things down until PB3, whenever that may be

u know i just wanna say something, i never liked how the staff are chosen or even organized, although i admit there are the good ones who did their job as a staff, but as much as i dont care about that situation, its not important for us to have so many moderators, its enough to have 3 admins, 2 head moderator and 2 moderators, its like they are going to be online most of the times or something (they arent, they are people leave em alone)...

i remember from 1 year ago or 2 years ago when staff requirement got a flood of users to get approved as moderators, but they left... why? some of em needed to be known as "staff" for nothing in my opinion (not mentioning names), or they wanted staff role cuz they liked the idea and they already know that they cannot spend their most of the time moderating in the community, staff role cannot be given to any person randomly because u once u get into staff approval, u get ur hands on admin tools that should be used for good, not overused or not being used at all, and this what most of the moderators were doing (not all) its properly enough for a staff for helping people in level editor or solve issues in the game and end the line on those rule breakers.

the community isnt active so the admins like doomzerker thought that its enough for 1 guy to be employed, and heres the problem, the good ones may not stay forever and the bad one cannot handle any responsibility, remember that also finding a good one for employment isnt easy as it might take some time to find a good one, anyways im sure we will get more staff back when PBC gonna get active by PB3 release, properly some staff arent interested in the community's condition right now and thought not important for moderation anymore so they left, and staff usually have irl issues so they leave without telling cuz it might be embarrassing, some of em leave staff role cuz they dont want be staff anymore which is sad so i would miss some of em as staff.

It's quite sad to see the state of this game now currently. I am surprised that Plazma Burst 2, still receives annual maintenance as well as having a strong community presence. I've never come across any staff members that have abused their powers, although that's mainly due to my absence I tend to look from afar and never respond anymore.

I am still and have always been interested in joining the staff. It is sad seeing so many of the staff leave or disappear and that's due to how the world is working right now.
