Added spawn weapons. No more disarmed deaths.

Added a small background to some upper platforms to make their positions easier to check when youre above them. Changed the sky color. Removed the snow blocker, because the December snow is pretty.

Added new light decors, and lights in two dark areas.
I forgot that editing maps unapproves them, so that might take some time.
