The bug is most likely in triggers #trigger*5 and #trigger*6.
You're enabling strict casual mode if the player's hp is equal to or less than 2. That works fine when you're doing small amounts of damage using a pusher, but it'll break in most cases where the player loses greater amounts of hp.
As there isn't any reliable way to enable casual mode right before the player dies, your best bet is probably to always keep it on. I don't think it would cause any issues.
Another issue I found in your map is that you have timers with delay 0.01. Decimals don't work in timers. In fact, if you have a 0 delay timer and 0.01 delay timer, the 0.01 may activate first depending on which timer was created first. It's just another place for bugs to be discovered.
