New Trigger Actions and Flashlight Material

Postby Niglet » 20 July 2018, 14:33

Hi guys! Today I'm not sure if this idea is possible but I would like that one of those who are in good hands of PB 2 updates or the same owner ''Eric Gurt'' will update the advanced level editor but only putting these trigger actions but that's not all I'm still going to see if I get another idea about that to go back to put another post about that. This is what I want the triggers to have and a lot and that would be my idea new trigger actions:

''Move background ''A'' To the region ''B''
''Change Light ''A'' HEX Color''
''Move player initiliator in the region ''A'' To the region ''B''
''Change background ''A'' HEX Color''
''Upload MP3 sound''
''Configure Sound''
''Move light ''A'' To the region ''B''
''Move wall ''A'' To the region ''B''
''Change wall ''A'' HEX color''
''Mute wall ''A''
''Unmute wall ''A''

Etc...
and if its possible the walls haves speed moving how the doors.

If it is possible to put one of those trigger actions in the PB 2 advanced level editor please tell me here below. And whos me want for advanced level editor no is only new trigger actions me i like the advanced level editor get this material: Flashlight and the flashlights can put in the guns and too whitout guns but me i wish more the flashlights for the level editor of PB 2.5. Thanks. Excuse me but this comment can be found in this post: Level editor ideas (cosmetic).

I already said.
Use movables, NOT walls
also, we can make movable backgrounds by using fake movables and fake regions

Not supported.
''Change Light ''A'' HEX Color''
Cool, but has been discussed way too many times before.
''Move player initiliator in the region ''A'' To the region ''B''
Excuse me what is a "intiliator"?
''Change background ''A'' HEX Color''
What is the point of that? We do have most of the primary solid colors already. And if really necessary, fake doors can be used.
''Upload MP3 sound''
It is similiar to using YouTube instead of freemusicarchive.com. Even worse. Won't be implemented in any condition unless we can filter 'em out which in the current state isn't possible.

''Move light ''A'' To the region ''B''
You can actually try switching on and off lights in regions. There is no point in moving lights.

''Move wall ''A'' To the region ''B''
''Change wall ''A'' HEX color''
''Mute wall ''A''
''Unmute wall ''A''
Technically, walls can't change colors and move around.

Most of the ideas doesn't make any kind of sense. Please atleast give in something constructive and sensible. Also, these ideas were mentioned in one of your previous posts, there is no need to repeat your ideas over again.

No need to be a pizza sauce to a guy who doesn't even know english considering you're a staff member now. And no, you didn't correct him since you didn't tell him that the correct word is "Initiator".

But Niglet, that trigger action doesn't make any sense either. If it's a player initiator then there's no need to check Region A because Region A could be the region that calls the trigger in the first place, unless I'm missing something.

Use this:

For the rest: Wait for Pb2.5, specially for the lights considering they freeze the game if dynamic lightning is on.

secondary colors exist. it's better to have more options, plus there shouldn't be a need to jump through hoops to attain this result if it's possible (i.e using fake doors)

plain BG pieces such as fake doors and the RGB solid color ones in general don't look good 100% of the time as well

Also: Fake movables still have collisions in a few spots. VERY important.
