AI idle chatter

i think that AI idle chatter would be cool. For example:

CS:
- Cobra 11, what's your status?
- Clear. (or whatever)

usurpations:
- *alien garble*, *alien mumble*

This would be pretty cool actually. Makes the game more realistic.
