I really like your Rocket Launcher. It would be awesome if it primarily functioned as a Rifle and was able to fire Rifle Grenades and well as Rockets.

I love the way how you hold it and how you fire with it, it will looks so cool since theres no small submachine gun in pb2 or something like that but pistols, that why i want to see this in pb2.5

Firstly , I don't have any tablet to make any fan art weapon. But I'll just add an idea suggestion.

A lot of people have not been asking this question but I was thinking how about adding a healing weapon which revive wounded teammates from a distance. Instead of using the defibilator to get near to a teammate and then get shot afterwards.

This is the Plasma Launcher C-45rl. It is a slower firing energy weapon that fires off very fast-moving plasma charges. These charges do a fair amount of damage on their own, however they will cause a white colored explosion upon contact and will have adverse effects such as stunting health regeneration (if this is possible to add in PB2.5). This weapon is classified as a launcher, and is for slot five.

It has indicators similar to the Sniper Rifle CS-YippeeKiYay, though they do not flash when the laser comes into contact with a body. They are solely there to alert the user that the firearm has been recharged. The plasma charger at the top of the firearm also can indicate when the firearm has recharged, though it is far less accurate.

The plasma launcher reloads slightly slower than the Rocket Launcher CS-LitBro. It, like the current rocket launcher as well as the sniper rifle, must be held in order to reload. The user must "pump" the launcher similarly to how characters currently pump the rocket launcher or sniper rifle. This is subject to any change, of course.

These are just guidelines for what I imagined this firearm does, but anything can be changed if accepted.

I have the rest of the required files ready (as far as I understand). This includes the firearm without the plasma charger or indicator, a single frame of the indicator and charger (no animation frames), and also the original .xcf file. If required, I can make additional frames.

A Uroseption that has a higher rank than the advanced.

It has an extra pair of arms and prosthetic legs, It can use 2 weapons at once. However, The robotic arms have their own health (they take 75% of dmg until they break), but they do not regenerate, even on hard or impossible.

Commonly used weapons: Alien shotgun, Psi blades, Rocket launcher, Rifle Co-1 (red), Laser Heater 1

Rarely used weapons: Gauss Rifle, Laser heater 2, Bng, Uroseption Sniper rifle

Hp (Titan): Easy = 650 Normal = 725 Hard = 750 Impossible = 850

Hp (Extra Arms): Easy = 100 Normal = 150 Hard = 175 Impossible = 200

Moving Speed: Slower then CS-Heavy

Jumping Height: slightly higher than CS-ghost (with swords)

By using condensed tachyonic matter, the bullet temperature reaches peak values capable of melting through general infantry with ease. Strange particle frequencies liken the bullets to miniature black holes, collapsing on impact to provide infinite kinetic mass and pressure on a target.

The weapon is noted to use some sort of life draining mechanism that relies on transfer of energy to ensure a confirmed kill as well as a transmat system to quickly bring back any actively and currently responsive smart bullets to the magazine for the next firefight before their signals die out to prevent tracking and use by other firearms.

Backstory
The stolen and sole prototype for a medical dart rifle, the Bodycounter DMR is an illegal modification of a weapon originally meant to cure rather than kill. The modifications include a new streamlined bolt system that not only reduces weight but also supports caseless intermediate cartridges for use at long range, as opposed to thinner darts of the same length. It's unknown who stole this secret project to make a weapon out of it but the craftsmanship is good enough to make the design distinguishable from the original.

Because of the high recoil, only androids, bionically capable shooters, or those with an augmented strength system can properly wield the Heliotrope safely.

Backstory
The Zero is an ancient weapon that saw limited use in the current battlefield, especially as energy weapons began to slowly replace conventional bullet weapons. Few continued to use this weapon because of its accuracy zeroing potential that's only possible because of a smart system that was pioneered a couple of hundred years ago. Weapon manufacturers are fascinated to pry open any found Zeros to try to reverse engineer its mechanical strengths.
