Nice idea i like it thumbs up. but wait so if ive been shot in the chest using pistol.. im dead already??

No,When the health goes to 0,the animation starts,so it would be fair,because this game is like in the future and you have armor,not insta-death like in these days...

No,When the health goes to 0,the animation starts,so it would be fair,because this game is like in the future and you have armor,not insta-death like in these days...

Death animation seems to be a waste of time in DM mode since you would want to spawn as fast as you can and not wait for the animation to end then wait for the spawn time to end.

The animation wouldn't really work out if you put it into context. In theory its a good idea but wahat if during the animation he gets sliced again or shot again?

Nope,The animation is canceled and the players just falls down as the ragdoll physics come in.

Well,The players dead,stay and just simply do their animation while the player who has double or triple kill can move on to others.Nothing special

Slayer, That Is Rather True, But If The Player Was Shot Dead In Mid Air, It Would Look like the normal MLG Sniping you would see people shooting at nonbs in frostbyte sniper lols :P

The important thing to remember here is that death animations won't always take over, if you're in a situation where a death animation doesn't fit, ragdoll physics will resume, such as if you're in the air or using X, death animations won't come into play unless you're firmly on the ground and you're killed in a certain way.

Then what is the point of adding them if they can only occur in certain situations? If you how people play today, most of the time they press x and self-boost across one side of the map to the other (for example stryde-sniper). So it wouldn't really be as effective if it only happens in some situations. It would have to be something consistent for it to be worth adding.

A significant number of kills still take place when the enemy is on the ground, especially during SP maps and in the Campaign.

Fair enough, in SP but MP is a whole different story and not much skill is taken place unless you are taking cover. Usually I see players self-boosting or pressing x to avoid the bullets.
