So I suppose there should be static or dynamic props that you could very well break and move around. Think of the crate, except some props may have gibs that are physically existing and could be destroyed. Example, a chair that will break into five pieces upon breaking. There should be separate forms of breaking depending on the projectiles or methods used to damage said item.
Breaking:
- The prop simply breaks apart into a randomly set amount of gibs. If a chair is shot up or slashed enough, it will break into five pieces.
Disintegration:
- The prop disintegrates into ashes or temporary particles as a result of heat damage. No gibs will be left.
What else could be done? Suggest it.
