Folders for Maps

Postby artichokecat » 27 November 2015, 22:36

Some people have a ton of maps on their hands,
so I thought it would be nice to have them all easier organized
by perhaps being able to make folders to place them in.

Amiright?

This occurred to me when I hit 30 maps and I'm like, wow, this is getting a bit messy

Support, I've been getting into 10th Man Down and have been noticing this on Doom's profile.

Wow, I've never thought of this. I'm an incredibly organized person and this would be splendid to have.

Perfect idea!

I remember suggesting this a LONG time ago, like maybe a year or so, and I still want this just as badly. I don't know much about this stuff, but it doesn't seem too hard to implement, and it would help many people out. For example take what Venemous said, how Doom has all of those 10th Man Down maps. He could simply just drag each series into a folder, and then label said folder "10th Man Down (V2)" and so on so forth.

And think of all the hardcore OCD people out there! Like me!

Yes, definitely, we need this, and it shouldn't be too hard for Eric to give it to us. This would be especially useful for SP series or even similar MP maps. If you have more than 3 sniper maps you could put them all in one folder to find them easily, your SP series could all go into one folder too. +1

Brilliant idea. Our maps will be more organized instead of seeing 23 maps long way down. :D

alright, folders for a map. Sounds nice so you can sort that out. And the user dont even need to see lot's of episode that pointing to same title all the way down.
but I want an additional things, make the map id private to people, but people still can play it through the previous level. Or wise you will see that people will easily give up at currently level and skipped to next level through map id.

I see nothing wrong with this. I like remember when I hit 23 test maps and I was like this: :O , this is getting messy.
+1 from me.
Riot Facts: #001

Riots can happen in every country, almost at any time. The police uses riot gear to protect themselves from damage, right?
Well, the riot shield might protect the riot police from molotov cocktails, rocks, etc..
But did you know that in most countries, riot shields are rated good against only pistol rounds?
So any caliber shot higher than 9mm. can break the shield, and can damage the wielder of the shield. For example, if someone were to fire a Barett .50cal at an riot police officer, it would break a part from the shield, and it would wound the police officer.

If you mean some sort of organization like this:

Then I am all up for this, it would be amazing.
Maybe for PB2.5? Just to have things organized once the game starts.
