On-topic now, either a helicopter or a tank (which could possibly hover to give it that 2700s feel), I can't decide...



We have a tank, It's the CS walker, and same with the hovering "Helicopter".

Though, it would be nice to have more Aircraft vehicles and ground vehicles, talking about more models.

I agree with Tanks and Helicopters.
The CS doesn't have any manned air vehicles so might as well add a VTOL Gunship or something.
The Houndwalker should be more mobile while there is the heavier tanks. (Maybe two variants, hovering and treads? The hovering would be able to easilly bypass bumps while the tread-version is normally more armored and robust).
I don't think trucks are useful, what would be the point?

I'm not even sure if Corvettes are manned, or who owns them and the drones.

EDIT: Yes, a hover tank for the Usurpations and a 'traditional' tank for the CS would be good.
Also: Falkonian Vehicles (SHIPS!!!)

Neither are manned, and the Civil Security use Drones (they don't manufacture them, simply use them, like say the US army using a rifle made in Europe or something). Corvettes are unknown.


As for a tank, I'd say an Usurpation hover tank with a heavy cannon would be really cool, they need vehicles. A Usurper/CS heli of some sort would be cool too.
who needs a PB2.5 release date, anyways?

Nah I don't agree with this, I think the PB series needs to continue having its own completely unique vehicles. The Corvette and Hound Walker were simple but awesome, more stuff like that would be brilliant. I guess you could choose one of these and design a unique version for PB, in that case I'd go for the tank, would make a great boss in Campaign. If possible I think it would be cool to add several turrets and cannons on it which you have to take down individually before taking down the tank itself, you'd have to be tactical.

I think that the maximum view range/optimization of this game would make helicopters unbalanced at best and horribly broken at worst.

An Usurper hovertank would be amazing, though. Those guys seriously don't get enough attention. There's also already a lot of different guns in this game that would be able to damage it while a helicopter would be impossible to hit with 99% of effective weapons in the game.


Maybe if it could fly on it's own, but only if the front/back were close to a wall? That way it could glide up buildings and things and wouldn't be so useless :D

Huh? I imagined that it'd just act like a faster corvette with different guns, that's all.
