Post templates

The idea is simple. Sections like the ban appeals section can benefit greatly from posting templates. A post template is essentially just predefined text, which is great for forms since you just have to "fill in the blanks." An example is provided below:

When someone creates a new topic on a forum, this will be written down for you. That's why it's very beneficial for the ban appeals section because people don't have to write a post themselves and people can't forget to follow the template because it'll be there for them already. This saves people time. It can also be very helpful for bug reports (screenshot, steps to reproduce the bug, explanation, etc) since all of the information in a normal topic can be better organized.

I scavenged online for phpBB mods to allow this; this was the top result I came across: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=712785

Another one exists here: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=2307236

Hey Hik,

A late reply for this topic. However, I wanted to answer your post. It's a great idea and I had it for my forum. There are some issues with the files and such (coolbuddy) hosting it and all. Will see if we can get this into this forum as it's a feature that would make thing's a whole lot easier.

It's not a huge priority, I'll have Eric check it out. As said, it's not a huge priority and might be added on a later date.

Cheer's,
