GhostX5's Small Sprite Acting Test #1!

Postby GhostX5 » 15 February 2017, 22:22

Hey guys! GhostX5 here, and this time I'm testing two of my sprites out for a little acting! No Operation: Frostbite comics yet, take it slow. Anyways, fine... -.-

So, John and Fio are in a beach, well, not taking a vacay, but a lookout post. So, here's the picture, I'm not sure if one of you guys might laugh at this, because Fio didn't know what she's doing, or maybe she's just shy at John, perhaps when he doesn't have his helmet and mask on, revealing his identity to his own teammates or friends.

Also, I have another test! This one was basically the very first one, and somehow, a hard one. Didn't get to complete the death scene of the robot, somehow. Sorry, because I wanted to share this one to you all. Anyway, here's the pic.

I do like it a lot, one thing though that if it were turned into an animation I bet it would look epic ;)

The part when Fio pushed John made me laugh so hard.. I bet that she's shy, because maybe it was her first time seeing someone who's taller, good-looking guy.

I like the other one, somehow the favorite part of mine is John sneaking before he gets to kill the robot.

Wished for that if you can make an animation out of this, it would look awesome. :D

Well I have to edit the sprites into frames and do it frame by frame. A good sprite framerate for an animation is something like, 10-14 frames per second. You can imagine how that will all add up, that small animation you see there is roughly 60 frames and took maybe, oh, 6 hours to do. Granted I haven't done too many GIF's in a while but yeah

Uh, this is Task Force X, which is based-off from Metal Slug Sprites, well, it's fine if you say "Metal Slug", because it's really based off of it. Don't worry, I got some extra stuff coming right up!
