The SCAR-CS was early generated by Civil security scientist. However: Lites and Ghosts can only carry this weapon, if a Civil security lite or ghost die with this weapon. An heavy or boss can pick it up.

That weapon sounds overpowered. It's a scar though so it's like that. But why can only the Lights and ghost use this.

i didnt make the stats, it was victorxswatxpro, and by his name, you can understand hes not the smartest, this is actually kinda of a joke tho, anyway, its not getting added into pb2 anyway, but good to see someone actually likes what i make?
