Woah that's pretty cool.

One minor thing is the fact he's holding something that looks like the halo AR instead of the Correction Nine AR or the CS AR. Still, looks really nice, can't wait to see it finished

For a work in progress, it looks really nice. However, my only dislike with this is that the posture of the character looks awkward and personally, I dislike the entire position of the character itself but that is a personal opinion.

I'm thinking of making a larger painting, so I can hang on my room's wall, but I don't know what to make.

Any suggestions?

You need to work on your posture. And maybe cleanliness a little bit tho.
As for me as an artist i tend to draw things that are difficult to me. Like posture, Shading, etc..

But my advice is try different styles of drawing like cartoony, semi-realism, and realism.
And work also on your shapes for the body. Dont do anatomy on your drawing or maybe know a little. But what im saying is that, if you can imagine what your drawing. say a person then all you need to is do a simplified version of that.

I'm just an amateur artist like you but its my advice to improve others. Im not saying im good enough i just want to help you if you want to draw another masterpiece.

And last but not least gesture.
Try drawing a stick figure doing an action. And then fill out the body with shapes.

Well thats all. i may have forgotten some. But correct me if im wrong.

I quite like this. It really has the aesthetic that it's fighting against harsh wind and snow. The entire thing is much higher quality than anything I've really seen in this forum subsection, though it still has some "curious" things going on.

1. The part of the chest on the left (it's right) looks too flush.
2. The breastplate is too high and looks too flushed.
3. The body is too turned and the head looks awkward.

Other than that it's pretty stellar. It reminds me of Doomguy more than a PB2 marine, though.

I'm actually making right now another one, this time depicting Vokolsar (this red dude) and a visible CS Ghost about to lunge with his swords and some CS Lites and Heavies in the background.

What do you guys think?
