Plazma Burst 2 Olympic Games 2017

Postby HerdenN » 9 March 2017, 18:40

You read it right!
It's time for PB2 official Olympic Games. I had the idea back 2 years ago, but only made a small dodgeball tournament. Now my followers and insight has grown, and I'm hoping for this to become a grand event.

The whole thing will start in April, but pre-events and registration is now Open.
Little information is provided on this site:
http://pb2olympics.simplesite.com/

Also for more information sign up for the Discord group!

Current events that will run are:
-Dodgeball
-Basketball
-Football (Soccer)
-Running/Parkour
-Hide'n'Seek (both players and seekers will be competing for medals)

REGISTRATION IS OPEN
MORE INFORMATION ON WEEKEND!

Fixed timetable and maps will be published soon. Idea is to get the registrants online at one overlapping time when most could play one event. I will appoint referees for events such as Dodgeball, Basketball and Football. This one player must spectate the match. Many basketball and soccer maps can be played in co-op mode so the referee would just count goals and in dodgeball is way simpler to limit the round numbers.

Like I said I organized a dodgeball contest year and year after that, and they worked out well, with both over 12 players taking part. I expanded map choice to create an atmosphere for players who fancy more parkouring/running events.
