"rouge" campaign for PB2 (or PB2.5?) and heal enemies

Hello, I was wondering if there could be some "rouge campaign". meaning, you can choose an enemy faction to play as (alien, civil security, and android), and you can go through a spin off campaign that is only ideal to what your faction is. for example, if I want to be apart of the Usurpation forces, I would become one (probably a specific type so its more of a protagonist type of thing, like Usurpation Ranger or Destroyer) and there should be a plot for it like the normal campaign. I also want to heal my enemies to make a small army to help me complete the main story (or rouge story if this is implemented), even though I have completed the story like 11 times easily. so hopefully these would be implemented in this game or the 2.5/3rd.
