"Allahu Akbar" means "God is Great" in Arabic. While it generally is used in negative contexts in Western media, it is unfair to disallow it based on a few bad actors. Generally staff can determine the context of someone's actions and take action accordingly.

"Allahu Akbar" is a religious phrase said by Muslims several times every day showing exclamation or shocking, and around 100 times for practical Muslims, it's literally a perfect word for this religion, but since terrorists Muslim-wannabees (fake Muslims) overuse it in explosions, it become a joke, (Bombing jokes).

'Allahu Akbar" is censored word,( both in Web chat and in-game chat) because it's sort of Islamophobic slur, (Like the N word, but for Muslims).

Regarding meaning, Doom said it close, but It is "God is greatest" or "God is Most greatest".
Allah refers to Muslim god
u refers to phrase linking
Akbar refers to Most greatest, (Kabeer = Great, Akbar = Greatest) this is how Semitic languages work
Muslims give huge attention for their religion to worship God

(My apologies if I involved religion too much but my purpose is just explanation)

For those who don't want to read :
TLDR : Allahu Akbar means "God is Most greatest", it is censored because it is a racial slur
